Refund Policy
Summary
You may request a full refund within 14 days of any credit-pack purchase by contacting support@contentbroker.net. No reason is required. Credits are also refunded automatically when an order fails or when you cancel before it completes.
Automatic refund on pipeline failure
If our editorial pipeline fails to produce a finished article for any reason — third-party model timeout, model API error, internal bug, or any other interruption — the full credit cost of the order is returned to your balance immediately. No intervention from you is required. The order will show as "failed" on your dashboard with a brief description of what went wrong.
Automatic refund on cancellation
You can cancel a draft or running order from the order page using the "Cancel" button. The full credit cost is refunded immediately. The cancel button stops being available once the order has finished and the article is delivered.
14-day refund window
You may request a full refund of any credit-pack purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, regardless of whether credits have been used. To request a refund, email support@contentbroker.net with your order reference. We will process it within two business days. All credit-pack transactions are processed by Stripe; refunds are returned to your original payment method by Stripe.
Completed orders
If a completed article is not what you wanted, you can request a revision from the order page. Revisions cost 50% of the original credit price (minimum 100 credits), apply your notes directly to the existing article, and run in 30–90 seconds. This does not affect your right to a refund under the 14-day window above.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us creates work for our payment processor and may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated. We respond to all good-faith refund requests at support@contentbroker.net within two business days.
Contact
For any refund question or special circumstance not covered above, email support@contentbroker.net. See also our Terms of Service.
