Content Broker

Terms of Service

Effective: 21 May 2026

1. Who we are

Content Broker (the "Service") is operated by Serpscript LLC ("we", "us", "our") from the United States. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or placing an order through the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You can contact us any time at support@contentbroker.net.

2. The Service

Content Broker is an on-demand article-generation service. You submit a brief, we run an nine-step editorial pipeline using third-party large language model providers, and we deliver a publish-ready article in your chosen language, plus metadata and schema markup.

The Service is delivered as digital goods. Credits are prepaid; one credit equals one word of generated article content. Credits do not expire.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@contentbroker.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Credits & payment

Credits are sold in fixed-size packs on a volume ladder, starting at $0.04 per word (4 cents per credit) and decreasing with pack size; current prices are listed on our Pricing page. Payment is processed by Stripe. Content Broker is the seller of record for all transactions. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We do not store your payment-card information.

Credits are deducted from your balance the moment an order is placed. If the pipeline fails or you cancel an order before it completes, credits are returned to your balance automatically (see Refund Policy).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, request, or distribute content that:

  • infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
  • defames, harasses, or threatens any person or group;
  • promotes illegal goods, weapons, controlled substances, or activities prohibited by United States law;
  • contains sexually explicit content involving minors, deepfake intimate imagery, or non-consensual material;
  • impersonates a real person, brand, or organization in a misleading way;
  • is intended for spam, deceptive SEO manipulation in violation of search-engine guidelines, or large-scale phishing;
  • attempts to extract, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Service's prompts, pipeline, or underlying models.

We reserve the right to refuse orders, suspend accounts, and report illegal activity to law enforcement. Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate termination without refund of unused credits.

6. Ownership of generated content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of the credits used, you own the article, metadata, HTML, and schema markup that the Service delivers to you. You may publish, modify, sell, or otherwise use that output for any lawful purpose. We claim no ongoing licence to your output.

You acknowledge that large language models can produce similar text from similar prompts and that we cannot guarantee uniqueness against every possible piece of content on the internet. We do not assert that any generated output is free of incidental similarity to existing material; you are responsible for any review or modification required for your publishing context.

7. Service availability

We provide the Service on a best-effort basis without a formal uptime guarantee. Maintenance windows, third-party provider outages (Stripe, Anthropic, Amazon Web Services), and other interruptions may temporarily affect availability. If an outage causes your order to fail, credits are refunded automatically.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

You are responsible for editorial review of any generated article before publication. We do not warrant that output will rank in search engines, comply with any specific third-party platform's content policy, or be free of factual errors. Always verify claims, statistics, and citations before publishing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Serpscript LLC, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Serpscript LLC and its operators from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you publish that was generated through the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request account deletion by emailing support@contentbroker.net; we will close the account within 30 days and delete personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, subject to applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective" date at the top of this page; substantial changes that affect your rights will additionally be communicated by email to the address on file. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
